British actress Tilda Swinton attended the CFDG Young Director Support Programme Masterclass in Beijing

British actress Tilda Swinton appeared in a Masterclass hosted by CFDG’s Young Director Support Programme in Beijing, China.

Sponsored by Chanel, the CFDG Young Director Support Programme (22-24 September) is an annual event organised by the China Film Directors’ Guild. Each year, the programme selects rising filmmakers to spotlight, showcases classic works by international filmmakers and conducts a Masterclass to encourage young filmmakers in China to grow. British actress Tilda Swinton was invited to join the Masterclass this year to inspire hundred of young filmmakers. The Masterclass showed Johann Johannsson’s Last and First Men as a tribute, a film Swinton starred as a narrator.
