June 15, Colliers and Skywood International signed a partnership MOU at the Shanghai Film Centre, in parallel to Shanghai International Film Festival (June 11 – 20).

Both Colliers and Skywood International will explore strategic opportunities and collaboration in studio asset management and property development in China.

The partnership proposes to combine both studio operations and real estate asset management business in China. Skywood currently manages the International Department for Xiangshan Global Studio (the second largest film & TV studio in China). In recent years, Colliers have been actively expanding across China in particular around creative industries and urban development.

The collaboration between the two companies is an obvious and strategic move. This new partnership is significant not only for the entertainment industry development in China but also internationally.
