Joey Wong has been selected to join UK-China Film Collab as a member via the organisation’s partnership with Virtual Internship.

“I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Birmingham, studying politics and international relations. I have been studying in the UK for more than 6 years now and have always been passionate about finding ways to contribute to a better society.
Film, in my view, is one of the most effective mediums to achieve this goal as it transcends language barriers, cultural differences, and stereotypes. This internship opportunity provides me an innovative chance to explore more ideas and possibilities for my future career.
For my internship programme, I propose utilising the organisation’s existing resources to connect concepts of film, global sustainability, and international relations to produce a series of public communications.”
