This is a 2-part documentary directed by Ahmed Yazid that chronicles Sarawak’s journey from the Brooke rule to gaining independence as a state of Malaysia, which features archive and footage from the past.
Part 1 of the documentary film chronicles the White Rajah monarchy which founded and ruled the Kingdom of Sarawak from 1841 to 1941. Part 2 chronicles wartime Sarawak from 1941 to becoming an entity of Malaysia in 1963.
